Developing Themes in my work is a challenge that I take on gladly. When I found that I would be exhibiting at a Wine Tasting Room I felt compelled to create a theme specifically for them. After layers of wax have been added and bonded together with heat, I've added layers of wax in a 3D form on the surface. This process is called Encaustic Accretion.
