Painting with a combination of Beeswax & Damar Resin creates ENCAUSTIC wax. The fluidity that happens when you heat this medium, to it's molten level, is exciting and inviting. Each stroke slides across the canvas deminishing the imagery underneath, yet leaves a translucent footprint of what was.
