SLAB Thick Walled ArtWork ~ 3D Effects
I'm building up walls and Pouring Resin to create my Exciting 3D effects! This is a fun and challenging process. It takes patience and a certain amount of planning to create layer upon layer of visual enhancements. It's much like playing chess as you have to think a few steps ahead. Ink drops into freshly poured Resin created lovely designs. You never know what you will end up with until 5 to 10 hours later.
After removing the Tape that held in the Resin to create a Slab Wall, letting light in from all sides. The next step is to sand a Beveled Edge on the Resin Slab to soften the sharp edge. This gives a Frosted look, unless I decide to coat the bevel with a clear wash. I like both looks ~

Building up the WALLs to keep the Resin Image from Stretching out of shape. This also give DEPTH & 3D effects that are AMAZING ~
Peeling back the tape after a few days of curing. 4 or more layers of Resin were used to create this piece. Clear and Tinted resin along with a few secret additives, were used in created this piece

On closer and in person inspection, you can see the casting of shadows between the layers. 12x12 $350
These AMAZING SnowFlakes appeared when I peeked a day after pouring this piece! I was sooo excited and tried to create more, but was unable to at this point. Additives create unexpected finishes which at times can not be pinpointed in a formula.
