SEEING BLACK

It's not often we are faced with a BLACK image, but here I am with it looking straight at me. Perhaps because I'm facing a challenging time in my life, I'm drawn to the black background to begin my latest painting... Or perhaps it's because I've just done 2 very bright pieces. Either way it's something I must begin to tackle today for 2 new exhibitions where they will be hanging in a matter of a couple of weeks. Not sure what they will end up being but I know I will begin the task shortly. How do you tackle BLACK CHALLENGES? Worth a thought ~
